Istanbul Airport ranked first in Europe in 2024 for daily flight operations, averaging 1,401 flights per day—a 2% increase from 2023, according to EUROCONTROL. Managed by the “IGA” group, the airport remains a key transportation hub and an attractive investment destination, particularly in real estate, tourism, and transportation.

Meanwhile, Turkish Airlines secured the third spot among European carriers, operating an average of 1,435 flights daily, further solidifying Turkey’s aviation leadership.
